高校现行工资制度运行情况分析及对策思考

摘    要:通过对我国高校工资制度运行情况进行分析,认为现行工资体制未真正体现按劳分配原则,仅仅考虑了潜在形态的劳动,未真正实现按潜在形态劳动和凝结形态劳动相结合的分配制度,从而形成了职工忙于求资历( 职务、职称、技术等级) 的不良现象,提出了建立国家、地方和单位3 套工资体系,以实现工资分配资历与贡献的结合

Abstract:By analysing wage system in China's universities, the authors think it doesn't embody the principle of distribution according to work, but takes into account labour under latent conditions, which doesn't put into effect the distribution system that combines both latent labour and condensed labour. As a result, workers and stuffs are busy preparing for qualifications and records of service such as duty, professional titles and technical qualification. The article puts forward three kinds of wage system as that of the state, the local government and the unit, hoping to integrate qualifications and contributions in wage distribution.
