A Study of Countermeasures for Shaanxi Information Industry Development |

| Abstract: | Having developed for more than 20 years, Shaanxi information industry has made a lot of achievements, but there are still some problems which make it unsuitable for the needs of Western Development in China. Shaanxi, a powerful western province, is facing an arduous task of developing its information industry,and the new century badly demands that the information industry develop more rapidly. |
