论课程改革与教师角色转换

摘    要:新基础教育课程改革在课程目标、课程结构、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价和课程管理等各方面都有很大变化.它要求教师形成主体观、生命观、生活观、开放观等课程理念;重新进行角色定位,由课程的实施者转变为课程的决策者、设计者、实施者和评价者,由知识的传递者转变为学生学习的促进者、协助者、参与者和组织者.

Abstract:A great change has taken place in the goal,structure,content,implementation approach,evaluation and management system since the basic courses were reformed. It requires the teacher to adopt the humane,student-centred approach,to change for a new role from an implementer into a policymaker, designer, implementer and estimator of the curriculum; from the person who transmits knowledge into the one who promotes, helps, participates and organizes.
