摘    要:通过对已投入使用的某住宅楼产生不均匀沉降进行观测,及对不沉降原因的分析,经计算后,采用锚杆静压的方法,使压入的桩与原基础连成一体,共同承担上部荷载,从而达到加固处理的目的;采取分步削桩结合基底掏土和高压水冲淤削减桩侧摩等促沉手段使建筑物达到自然纠倾目的。

Abstract:By observation of non_uniform settlement in a building, analysis of results of non_uniform settlement, the anchor static pressure method is adopted after calculation. Then the pressed piles together with the original foundation share the upper load, as results that the foundation is strengthened. The building incline is naturally rectified by means of reducing piles in steps, excavating soil at the foundation, scouring by high pressure water. The predictive results have reached. In this paper, the suggestion of foundation design and incline rectification are proposed.
