职业性别刻板印象对女大学生就业影响因素分析——以泉州师范学院艺术学院为例

当前,大学生就业难问题已经成为了社会问题。艺术类女大学生的就业则进一步从侧面反映了国家精神文明的发展水平,社会意识形态的认识程度等。那么职业性别刻板印象因素在影响艺术类女大学生的就业中起到什么作用,艺术类女大学生自身又应该如何提高就业竞争力。文章通过对艺术类女大学生就业现状的分析,提出了如何通过自身的努力促进艺术类女大学生就业的相关对策与建议。

Nowadays the employment of university students has become a social problem. The employment of female university students of arts reflects the level of development of the national spiritual, the awareness of social consciousness and so on. Then what is the role playing in employ-ent of Occupational gender stereotypes for arts female students and how to improve the employability and competitiveness by themselves？ This article analyses the employment Status of female graduates of arts, .finally it proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions through their own efforts to promote the employment of female graduates.
