| 摘 要： | 提出了一种毛巾瑕疵特征提取的方法--模糊小波分析算法,同时给出了有实用价值的特征提取、瑕点识别的系统结构. 利用小波基函数从信号中提取毛巾图像中各种瑕疵特征,然后利用模糊推理构建的知识规则库,优化产生的小波系数,使得该算法具有很好的鲁棒性. 通过仿真和对毛巾图像处理实验,证明该方法对毛巾生产过程中出现的断纬、断经、飞毛大套、色斑等10多种瑕疵的检测都有很好的效果.
