混凝土材料宏观结构形貌的分形解析

摘    要:从分形集与分形空间的属性,分析了混凝土材料宏观结构形貌的分形特征,用改变粗视化度的测试方法,测试了石子最大粒径较小的泵送混凝土和粒径较大的干硬性混凝土断面集料边界的分形维数,用盒计数方法测试了两种混凝土的断面集料状态、碱集料反应裂纹以及公路桥梁冻害后的裂纹的分形维数.研究表明,石子最大粒径较小的泵送混凝土集料边界分形维数较高,达到1 9232,粒径较大的干硬性混凝土普通混凝土集料边界分形维数较低,仅为1 4549,但其集料的盒维数较高,达到1 9817.碱集料反应裂纹以及公路桥梁冻害后的裂纹均具有非常显著的分形特征,用分形解析描述混凝土这一宏观结构特征是十分有效的方法.

Abstract:In this paper,macrostructure characteristics of concrete materials are studied with the fractal theory.The fractal dimension of two kinds of concrete aggregate section outline are tested and counted by altering macrostructure vision.And the state of fractal dimension,crack of alkali aggregate reaction and freezing damage of highway bridges are also tested and counted.One is pumping concrete with the bigger particle size,and the other is dry mix concrete with bigger diameter.The result shows that the smaller the particle size,the higher the fractal dimension.The fractal dimension of pumping concrete reached 1.9232,while the fractal dimension of dry mix concrete was just 1.4549,but its box fractal dimension was high and reached 1.9817.Both the crack of alkali aggregate reaction and freezing damage of highway bridges had very prominent fractal characteristics,which proved that the fractal analysis on macrostructure characteristics of concrete materials would be very useful.
