摘    要:针对智能变电站在调试和运行过程中出现的诸多问题,需要一种新的检测方式进行试验验证和诊断分析,随着数字化继电保护技术的广泛应用,应用传统的静态测试方法很难对继电保护装置的内部逻辑和功能进行完整的测试。提出了一种基于RTDS的闭环仿真测试方法,通过搭建模型及动模试验对区域保护装置备自投的功能进行测试,发现了设备存在的缺陷并提出了修改方法。

Abstract:Many problems rised in the process of smart substations commission and operation, a new detecting method is needed for the experimental verification and diagnostic analysis. With the wide application of digital relay protection technology, static test with traditional methods is diffieuh to make a completely test on internal logic and the function of relay protection device. A closed-loop simulation test method based on based on RTDS is proposed. Testing the backup automatie swileh fimetion of regional protection device by building model and dynamic simulation is made and defects is found in the equipment and modification method is put forward.
