220kV变电站高、中压侧母线最佳接线方式探讨

摘    要:当前广州地区电网的变电站母线接线形式多种多样。针对这种情况,从电网运行实际情况出发,通过对220kV变电站高、中压侧母线和500kV变电站中压侧母线出线间隔设备进行了为期1.5年的停电次数统计跟踪,指出了当前广州地区部分220kV变电站母线接线形式对电网存在运行风险。为此,从电力系统安全稳定出发,并结合相关技术原则,提出了广州地区220kV变电站高、中压侧母线最佳接线形式。按最佳接线方式设计、运行,可提高电网输电的可靠性,减少电网主设备全停运的次数,避免超稳定极限事件的发生或大面积停电事故的发生。

Abstract:In view of the great variety of substation bus wiring schemes in Guangzhou's electric network as well as the operation actualities of the network,the number of power outage in a 1.5-year period has been tracked on the outlet spacers of HV-side and MV-side buses in 220 kV substations and the MV-side buses of 500 kV substations;it is indicated that the bus wiring scheme of some 220 kV substations in Guangzhou could lead to operation risks of the network.Starting from the point of maintaining the security and stability of power system,and combined with relevant technical principle,this paper presents the optimal wiring scheme of HV-side and MV-side buses in Guangzhou's 220 kV substations,which can improve the reliability of power transmission,decrease the number of total outage of power network main equipment,avoid events beyond stability limit or large-area blackouts.
