| 摘 要： | 电网供电电能质量是电力工业产品的重要指标,谐波现已成为污染公用电网和危害用电设备的"公害",谐波的管理、治理已引起电力部门的高度关注。本文分析了产生谐波的原因和危害,提出治理谐波的原则和谐波源的判别方法,以及供电部门加强用户谐波源治理的对策与技术措施等。

| Abstract: | Power quality is an important index of electrical products.Harmonic pollution has become the "public hazard" against the common power net and electrical equipment.Harmonics management and governance have attracted the power sector′s high attention.This paper analyzes the causes and harms of harmonics and brings forward the harmonics governance principle,the method to distinguish harmonic sources,as well as the technical measures used by power supply departments to reinforce users′ harmonic sources management. |
