| Abstract: | By combining the practice in safety protection of the East China Grid dispatch center,this paper presents the safety problems and protection measures of different systems in the huge areas of the East China Grid.Through analysis of the problems identified during the safety test of the automation systems in 500 kV substations in the East China Grid,it stresses the importance of intensifying the protection vertically. |
