摘    要:电网调度控制系统实现安全可靠的一次设备远方程序化操作是目前国家电网公司智能电网发展的技术研究课题之一。对通用服务协议在远方程序化操作中的应用进行深入研究,从电力系统通用服务协议规范和主-子站程序化操作流程方面入手,研究了通用服务协议在远方程序化操作中的交互服务过程、服务接口与应用实现方法。该实现方法已经在实际工程应用中取得了良好的效果。

Research method for implementation of remote sequence control based on general service protocol for electric power system

Abstract:At present, the dispatching control system of power grid achieving safe and reliable remote sequence control to primary equipment, is one of the research topics of the development of smart grid in State Grid Corp of China. In this paper, the application of general service protocol in remote sequence operation is studied. From general service protocol for electric power system and master-slave station sequence control process, interactive service process, service interface and application implementation method of general service protocol in remote sequence control are researched. This method has been applied in practical engineering and has achieved good results.
