杯状纵磁真空灭弧室磁场特性分析

摘    要:用三维有限元法研究了7个设计参数对杯状纵磁触头的纵向磁感应强度、纵向磁场滞后时间、杯中和触头片中电流密度最大值以及导体电阻值的影响。研究表明:譹增加触头直径或开距会减弱纵向磁感应强度,增加杯指旋转角或杯指数目可使其增强,而杯指和水平面夹角、触头片上开槽数及触头材料采用CuCr50或CuCr25对其影响不大。譺设计参数在较大范围内变化时,纵向磁场滞后时间的变化很小。譻增加触头直径或触头片开槽数、减小杯指旋转角、合理选择杯指与水平面夹角和杯指数目或采用CuCr50触头材料可减少杯中或触头片中的电流集中。譼增加触头直径或杯指与水平面夹角,或减小杯指旋转角和杯指数目、减小触头片开槽数及采用CuCr25触头材料可减小导体电阻。

Abstract:Effects of 7 contact design parameters on magnetic field characteristics of vacuum interrupters with cup type axial magnetic field contacts are studied by using 3D finite element method. The results show that:{1}Axial magnetic flux density weakens with increasing contact diameter or contact gap. Increasing sweep angle of coil segments or quantities of coil segments can strengthen it. Other design parameters such as slope angle of coil segments, contact plate slots quantities and contact material using CuCr50 or CuCr25 have little influence on it.{2}Phase shift time changs little when design parameters vary in a wide range.{3}Maximum current density in cup or contact plates becomes smaller by increasing contact diameter or contact plate slots quantities, decreasing sweep angle of coil segments, choosing an appropriate slope angle of coil segments or a proper quantity of coil segments, or using CuCr50 contact material.{4} Conductor resistance of contacts decreases with increasing contact diameter or slope angle of coil segments, decreasing sweep angle of coil segments or quantities of coil segments, decreasing contact plate slots quantities or using CuCr25 contact material.
