介质阻挡放电的电荷传输特性研究

摘    要:对介质阻挡放电空间的电荷传输特性进行研究,可以在实际应用中优化设计、提高放电效率。通过在实验室建立的介质阻挡放电装置,研究了外加电压幅值、气隙距离、阻挡介质的厚度和介电常数等因素对放电空间传输电荷的影响试验结果表明,放电空间在一个周期传输的电荷量随外加电压幅值和介质介电常数的增加而增加,随气隙距离和介质厚度的增加而减小。

Abstract:The study on the factors that influence the charge transport in discharge regime of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) has made it possible to optimize the design of discharge reactors and to improve the operation efficiency of the discharge in practical use. In this paper, with the equipment set up in laboratory, the influences of the applied voltage, the gas gap distance, and the thickness and dielectric permittivity of the barriers on the charge transport in DBD regime are studied. Results show that the value of transported charge per one cycle increases with the increasing of applied voltage and dielectric permittivity of the barrier, and decreases with the increasing of gas gap distance and the thickness of barrier.
