摘    要:采用插值法实现光纤差动保护数据同步,理论上正确可行,简单可靠,方法误差也在可接受的范围内,即使在较低的采样率下也可以满足精度要求。本文介绍了该新方法在保护装置中的实现情况。装置用DSP作为纵联光纤通信与保护功能的主处理器,满足较大计算量的要求,纵联光纤通信接口基于单片FPGA设计,通信协议采用插值法数据同步设计的HDLC协议帧。该装置已研制成功并已通过了电力部门的各项检测检验,进入了工程应用阶段。该型装置从实践上证明了插值法数据同步的正确性、可行性及优越性。

Abstract:It is theoretically correct,feasible,simple and reliable to use interpolation to achieve data synchronization in fiber differential protection,the error of this method can also be accepted,it can also satisfy the requirement of accuracy even in the lower sampling rate.This paper introduces the accomplishment of the new method for the protection device.The device use DSP as the main processor of fiber communications and protection function.To meet the requirements of the large amount of computation,the fiber pilot protection communication interface is designed based on the single-chip FPGA,and the communication protocols use HDLC frame and the interpolation design for data synchronization.The device has been successfully developed and passed the inspection and testing of the power system management sector,now it is putted into the application.This device proves the accuracy,feasibility and superiority of the new method of data synchronization based on interpolation in practice.
