线圈式纵向磁场真空灭弧室磁场特性

摘    要:分析了1/2、1/3和1/4匝纵向磁场真空灭弧室触头设计参数对纵向磁感应强度分布、触头片上涡流分布、纵向磁场滞后时间以及导体电阻值的影响。研究表明:增加触头直径、线圈高度或触头开距会减弱纵向磁感应强度,线圈厚度及触头材料采用CuCr50或CuCr25对其影响不大;减小触头直径、增加开距可使纵向磁场滞后时间减小。触头片上开槽数以及触头材料会对滞后时间产生影响;增加触头直径、线圈高度、线圈厚度、都可以减小导体电阻,而触头片上开槽数以及触头材料也会对导体电阻产生影响。由于设计参数的变化对纵向磁感应强度分布、触头片上涡流分布、纵向磁场滞后时间以及导体电阻值会产生不同的影响,因此设计者应综合考虑各种参数的影响,得到综合性能优的结果。

Abstract:Influence of design parameters on axial magnetic flux density distribution, distribution of eddy current on contact plate, phase difference and conductor resistance for 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 turns axial magnetic field (AMF) electrode of vacuum interrupters has been investigated and analyzed. Results show that: Axial magnetic flux density will be decreased with increasing of contact diameter, coil height, and contact gap. Coil thickness and contact materials (CuCr25 and CuCr50) have little influence on axial magnetic flux density. Phase difference between current and axial magnetic flux density will be decreased with decreasing of contact diameter and increasing of contact gap. Quantity of contact plate slots and contact material also have influence on phase difference. Conductor resistance will be decreased with increasing of contact diameter, coil height and coil thickness. Quantity of contact plate slots and contact material have influence on conductor resistance too. When a design parameter varies, it influences the axial magnetic flux density distribution, the distribution of eddy current on contact plate, the phase difference and the conductor resistance in different ways. So an optimum design would be obtained if one considers the different influences of design parameters.
