交联电缆绝缘中缺陷的探测与信号处理

摘    要:本文介绍一种应用激光扫描技术探测交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆绝缘中缺陷的系统.同时利用微型计算机对探测信号进行分析和处理,从而有效地识别黑色杂质颗粒、半透明杂质颗粒和气孔三种不同类型的缺陷,并成功地解决了一个缺陷被激光光束重复扫描所引起的误记数问题.

Abstract:A system, which can be used to detect defects in XLPE cable insulation, is described in this paper. In the system the three types of defects-black particle, void and amber are distinguished effectively by using the microcomputer technique to analyze and treat the signal. The problem that the defects are counted wrongly because of mutiple scanning, is solved successfully
