摘    要:采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)技术,设计了磁致伸缩效应检测传感器的控制器,在控制器内部嵌入了处理器、波形发生器、定时器和RAM功能模块.给出了FPGA的实现原理及配置,讨论了控制器的设计,并给出了仿真结果.该控制器记录回波检测时间可精确到ns级,缺陷定位准确,偏差小于0.1 mm.并且采用FPGA控制,可在线修改控制参数,电路结构简化,抗干扰能力强.

Abstract:A controller was developed with the use of field programmable gate array(FPGA) technology for the magnetostrictive-based transducer.The controller's modules are embedded with a FPGA chip as the main processor,a wave generator,timers and a RAM.This paper presents the configuration of FPGA,discusses the design of controller,and illustrates the simulation results.This controller can read out the interval with the precision of nanosecond,which guarantees the precise locating of defects with an error less than 0.1 mm.Using FPGA,parameters can be modified easily in circuit,and control circuit is simplified with a high anti-jamming capability.
