复合绝缘子在特高压直流工程中应用探讨

摘    要:综述复合绝缘子在国内外高压、超高压交直流线路应用情况,实践显示已有的复合绝缘子运行效果良好,提高了耐污闪能力,减少了运行维护的工作量。以云广±800kV直流工程为例,计算表明在耐张串上采用复合绝缘子可以满足相关规程规定,与盘型绝缘子相比具有显著的经济优势。由于在特高压直流线路耐张串应用复合绝缘子尚属首次,因此,云广直流线路中采用复合绝缘子的实践及其运行经验尤其值得关注。

Discussions on Application of Composite Insulators in UHVDC Projects

Abstract:This paper summarizes applications of composite insulators on HV and EHV AC/DC overhead transmission lines worldwide, and it is found that composite insulators have good operation effects with excellent resistance performance against pollution flashovers, and material reduction of the operation and maintenance. With Yunnan-Guangdong ±800 kV DC project as an example, the calculation carried out in this paper shows that composite insulators used meet the stipulated technical requirements in the tension strong, and enjoy significant economical advantage over disk insulators. As it is the first time to use the tension string with composite insulators on UHVDC transmission lines in the world, attention should be paid to the practice and experience in the project.
