基于自组网的变电站远程视频监控系统设计

摘    要:实现变电站的无人值守是智能电网建设的重要组成部分。针对无人值守变电站提出了一套基于自组网的变电站远程视频监控系统。该系统利用基于链路状态的分布式Qo S的自组网协议组建了高效的网络传输体系,避免了大型网络基础设施建设的投入。同时为了进一步减少数据传输量,采用MPEG-4进行视频的压缩编码。

Abstract:The realizing of unattended substation was an important part of the smart grid construction.A set of substation remote video surveillance system based on ad-hoc network was put forward.A highly efficient network transmission system was formed by the system USES distributed QoS ad-hoc network protocol based on link state to avoid the large network infrastructure investment.At the same time in order to further reduce the amount of data transmission,mpeg-4 video compression coding was used.
