矢量控制高性能异步电机速度控制器设计

摘    要:由于异步电机的矢量控制算法比较复杂,要达到高性能控制的目的,必须使用双DSP。为解决这一问题,利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA),设计一种智能控制器,完成一系列复杂控制算法:速度PI调节、电压空间矢量脉宽调制算法、Clark变换、Park变换、电流磁链转换等,实现了异步电机矢量控制速度控制器的专用集成电路。实验结果表明,该速度控制器在低速与高速运行状态下均有良好的动、静态性能。

Abstract:AC motor vector control had a complex control algorithm,in order to get better performance,double DSP instruments ought to be used. As ruslt the function price rate of control systems was low. Inorder to solve these problem,IC was designed using FPGA in the paper and a series of methods were finished,such as speed PI adjust, current PI adjust,svpwm,elarke,park,and so on. The experiments showed the IC had a good static and dyntaie fuinetion, it is an important to study IC with owner knowledge property right.
