摘    要:电力系统无功功率补偿不足会引起功率因数下降,而三相功率不平衡则会影响到用电设备的安全。此问题在不十分严重的情况下未引起人们足够的重视。基无功补偿的原理,作提出了一种新的综合补偿方法,在用它补偿无功功率的同时,三相不平衡也得到了改善。仿真和实际运行表明,此方法是有效的。此外,还介绍了一种对补偿电容器的人工神经网络控制方法。

Abstract:The power factor of power system will be decreased by under-compensa tion of reactive power and it is harmful for the devices of customers while the power in the three phases are unbalanced. The recognition is not paid to this pr oblem when it is not very serious. On the basis of basic principle of reactive p ower compensation, a novel integrated compensation method is put forward. With t his method the three phase unbalance can be mitigated while the reactive power i s being compensated. The simulation results and practical operation show that th e integrated compensation is effective. Otherwise, a method to control the compe nsating capacitors based on artificial neural network is presented.
