摘    要:介质阻挡放电(Dielectric Barrier Discharge,DBD)是一种有效产生非平衡等离子体的方法,微流注是DBD的主要表现形式,而目前针对DBD微流注形成过程的研究虽然很多,但关于微流注沉积电荷层分散电容对微流注形成过程影响的研究却未见报道。为此,基于Protel模拟方法,建立了一种新的DBD等效电路模型模拟DBD单个微流注进行模拟并验证其放电参量;在此基础上分析了沉积电荷层对于微流注的影响,计算了沉积电荷层电容的大小,以及在此实验条件下沉积电荷层的面积。模拟显示,在激励电压幅值为5kV、激励频率为6kHz的正弦波,放电气隙宽度为1mm时,形成微流注的分散电容值为0.13pF,在电介质层相对介电常数为10时,计算得电介质层的沉积电荷层直径为1.09mm,与实验测量结果一致。

Abstract:Based on the simulating method of Protel,a new dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)equivalent circuit is established.In this paper,single micro-streamer of DBD is simulated,the discharge parameter of single micro-streamer is validated,thereby,the influence of the layer of cumulated charge on micro-streamer is analyzed,the value of distributed capacitance and area of cumulated charge layer are got.The discharge process of DBD is simulated in these conditions hereinafter.The power supply is sine wave source,the crest of voltage is 5 kV,the frequency is 6 kHz,the relative dielectric constant is 10,and the width of gap of discharge is 1mm.Through comparing with the data of the actual experiment,the diameter of the layer of cumulated charges is obtained,1.09 mm,and the value of the capacitance of the area on the dielectric is 0.13 pF.
