摘    要:针对目前人脸图像与人口信息的分离,以及公安、统计和人事等部门的人口资料的分离等问题,按传统的单机、面向文档集成的人口信息处理系统和人脸处理系统已不能适应当前电子政务的新需要,研究了按分布式环境要求的人脸处理系统.设计了一种基于Weh服务的人脸检测与人口信息查询系统。该系统克服地域和领域的差异,解决了人脸图像网络传输、安全等方面的难题,并通过实例验证了该原型系统的可行性,在实验中人脸识别率达到99%以上。

Abstract:In allusion to the deficiency of the separation of population data with face image and the deficiency of the population data divided in police, vital statistics and ministry of personnel etc., a new dynamic distributed architecture of face processing system and population data processing system is put forward to be adapted the current demand of E-Government. This paper elaborates on the technology schema and the system topology of this new Web Services face detection and inquiry system. Data and applications are encapsulated as Web services to publish, which can be discovered or invoked by other users or application via Internet. The network system can improve the transmission efficiency, security and reliability. An example is illustrated at the last part. In experiment, the face recognition correct percent is 99% more.
