| 摘 要： | 如何整合政府部门的异构系统,使之协同工作,解决政府间信息孤岛问题,是一项富有挑战性的研究课题。提出了基于WebServices的电子政务体系结构,并结合无锡市电子政务应用实例,证明该框架有效解决了该问题。
