| 摘 要： | 随着ＧＰＳ技术的不断发展，其应用领域越来越广泛。本文就ＧＰＳ技术和ＧＳＭ网络的ＳＭＳ（短信息）通信技术相结合，对移动车辆进行监控与定位的原理和应用进行了探讨。
