| 摘 要： | 针对省工商局,国税局,质监局,海关,地税局等部门之间对于企业信用数据和个人信用数据存在的概念体系不统一和数据格式不一致问题,基于J2EE、中间件,面向对象程序设计等技术,设计并实现了一个公共信用信息交换平台应用系统。对系统的总体框架逻辑结构、数据交换过程等关键问题进行了论述,最后给出了系统的模块实现。该系统已应用于某省信息中心,实现了主要部门企业信用数据和个人信用数据等公共基础信用信息的交换与共享。
