办公纸张不同有限元计算模型的研究

摘    要:随着办公机械向高速度、高品质方向发展,其送纸机构出现了诸如卡纸、振动、噪音等问题.为了设计更可靠的送纸机构,首先应该运用CAE的相关技术对纸张进行数值仿真分析.文中采用壳元与八节点矩形等参元两种计算模型对纸张静态特性进行了分析,与实验数值进行比较,发现直接利用平面等参元分析纸张几何大变形,其计算量小且精度高,据此建立的CAE系统数值模拟结果直接用于指导送纸机构的合理设计.

Abstract:As office machines attain higher operating speeds and high quality, paper-feeding mechanisms are more prone to problems, such as paper jam, vibration and noise. To design reliable paper-feeding mechanisms, it should be simulated numerically by technology with CAE firstly. This paper adopts two finite element models, shell and eight-node quadrilateral isoparametric elements to analyze the static properties of paper. Though comparing with experiment results, We know that directly using plane isoparametric element to analyze paper geometric large deflection has little calculation and high precision, this model can provides more accurate numerical simulation for office paper, of which paper-feeding mechanisms can be designed reliably with the guidance.
