| 摘 要： | 针对稀土生产的工艺特点,介绍了稀土萃取生产过程.根据现场条件和工艺要求,从全流程自动化角度出发,结合稀土萃取生产线自身生产过程的特点,设计了稀土萃取综合自动化系统的体系结构和功能,开发了基于过程管理/过程控制两层结构的稀土萃取生产线综合自动化系统.对生产过程进行了分散控制和集中管理、实现了生产过程的优化管理,优化控制和优化运行,在实际应用中取得了明显的效果.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the technical characteristics of the rare-earth production,the rare-earth extraction productive process is introduced.Ac- cording to the field condition and the requirement of technology,the control software of the rate-earth extraction productive precess is desinged and developed,as well as the monitoring software,the base controlling software,optimizing softwar.So the automatic control of the rare-earth extraction productive process is realized.The result of practical application shows the obvious effectiveness. |
