| 摘 要： | 本文针对小型煤炭运输企业车辆的监控与管理进行研究，以GPS、GPRS、GIS、数据库等技术为支撑，提出燃运车辆GPS监控系统设计，实现燃运车辆GPS监控系统的同时对关键技术进行了探讨，最后给出了燃运车辆GPS监控系统车辆定位和端口设置实例。
