永磁同步电机宽范围调速电流分配策略研究

摘    要:提出了一种内置式永磁同步电机宽范围调速电流分配策略。在恒转矩区采用基于虚拟高频信号注入法的MTPA控制策略,弱磁区采用基于电压误差反馈的超前角弱磁策略,结合公式计算法,自动快速调节电流矢量角度,实现电机转矩最大化输出和宽范围调速。该策略不依赖任何电机参数,不需注入真正的高频电压或电流信号,对电压、电流和电机转矩扰动有很强的鲁棒性。最后通过仿真验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Current Distribution Strategy of PMSM with Wide Range Speed Regulation
Abstract:A current distribution strategy with wide range speed regulation for interior permanent magnet synchronous machine is proposed in this paper.In the constant torque area,a MTPA control strategy based on the virtual high frequency signal injection method is adopted.In the flux-weakening area,the leading angle flux-weakening strategy based on voltage error feedback is adopted.This two algorithms are combined with the formula calculation method,the current vector angle is automatically and rapidly adjusted to achieve maximum motor torque and wide range speed regulation.This strategy does not rely on any motor parameters,not need to inject real high-frequency voltage or current signal.
