| 摘 要： | 本文在分析了MATLAB和VB开发语言各自的优缺点的基础上，通过阐述和利用ActiveX技术和ActiveX Automation协议，实现了MATLAB和VB的数据交换与集成开发。二者的取长补短使软件开发工作变得更加简洁、高效。
