摘    要:利用注塑模CAE软件Moldflow Insight 2010对结构复杂的组合型腔制件进行了流动、充填和流道平衡模拟分析,确定了单浇口组合型腔浇注系统布置方案,优化了特定条件下可使二型腔平衡进料的浇注系统尺寸。采用综合平衡法设计正交试验并开展CAE模拟实验,通过对因素与水平的直观分析,讨论了模具温度和熔体温度等工艺对注塑成型中流动平衡的影响,并给出了特定条件下工艺参数的最优组合。

Abstract:Moldflow Insight 2010 was used to conduct flow, filling, and runner balance analysis for combined cavity injection molded parts with complex structure. Single gate and runner system for each of the combined cavity was determined, and the reasonable size of gates and runner which can ensure that the two cavities are balanced filling with polymer melt were optimized. Consolidated balance method was adopted to design orthogonal experiment and CAE analysis was carried out. According to the intuitive analysis of all factors and levels, it was found that the mold temperature and the melt temperature, respectively, had a significant effect on flow balance during the molding process. The optimal combination of process parameters under specific conditions was also obtained .
