基于SoPC的随动装置在线检测系统设计

摘    要:针对某型导弹随动装置在线检测的需求,设计了基于SoPC的在线检测系统。系统通过装备预留的检测接口进行数据采集,采用基于FPGA+Nios Ⅱ的SoPC架构,应用FIFO缓存和DMA技术,实现对32路信号的快速采集。采用USB接口芯片ISP1362与工控机进行通信,在工控机采用VisualC++6.0开发平台实现系统的检测显示与故障诊断。经实验调试验证,该检测系统能够实现对该型导弹随动装置的在线检测与故障诊断,具有配置灵活、集成度高、开发周期短和便携性好等特点。

Abstract:According to requirements of a missile servo device on-line test,the on-line test system is designed based on SoPC.The system collects data from the reserved ports of the equipment,adopts SoPC design scheme based on FPGA+Nios Ⅱ and application of the FIFO buffer and DMA technology,realizes the 32 parallel signals rapid acquisition.Using the USB interface chip ISP1362 to communicate with the IPC,and using Visual C++6.0 development platform to realize the system's detection and fault diagnosis display.As experiment verifies that the designed system can realize on-line test and fault diagnosis,and it has a flexible configuration,high integration,short development cycle and good portability features.
