| 摘 要： | 在全球软件行业范围内，正在揪起推广使用能力成熟度模型CMM／CMMI作为衡量软件过程能力的标准。事实上，CMMI除了在软件行业外，还在系统工程、电子制造、服务咨询等其他行业中被大量采纳。并成功地运用。通过对能力成熟度模型CMMI与CMM的分析比较．试图帮助我们更好地了解和认识CMMI，这将有助于使工程项目开发从作坊式的作业模式逐步走向有序、高效、低成本的作业流程模式。

| Abstract: | The software industry on a global scale is popularizing to use the capability maturity model CMM/CMMI as a standard to measure the software process ability. In fact, not only in software industry, but also in the system engineering, electronic manufacture, service consultation and others, the CMMI is accepted massively and applied successful.
