| 摘 要： | 随着多媒体技术的迅速发展和Internet的日益普及，如何实现对网络上存在的大量视频数据的高效管理已成为多媒体信息处理领域的一个研究热点。本文首先阐述了视频数据库系统的一般结构，然后介绍了如何实现基于内容的视频数据检索，最后分析了基于web的视频数据库管理系统的构成，并给出了一些优化方案。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of multi-media technologies and Internet,how to effectively manage the numerous video data on the network is becoming a hot research area in the multi-media information processing fields.Firstly,in this paper the authors describe the general structure of video database system.Then present how to implement content-based video data retrieval.At last,the authors analyze the composition of the video database management system and come up with some optimizing methods. |
