| 摘 要： | 同异反网络计划方法是一种新的网络计划技术，它能表达和处理网络计划中出现的随机、模糊、不确知和中介等多种不确定性及突发性，比传统网络计划方法有许多优点且更加符合实际。给出了当同异反网络计划中各个工序工时初步确定以后，在不同情况下综合专家评审意见，形成网络计划中实际使用的工序工时计算方法，实例显示，该方法具有实际应用价值。

| Abstract: | The Identical-Different-Contrary (IDC) network planning is a new ne twork planning technique. It has much good quality than traditional method and c an express and process the synthetical uncertainty of stochastic, fuzzy, unknow and emergent. This paper presents a method to process the experts opinion and ge t a reasonable productive time of a working procedure in identical- different-co ntrary network planning. Finally, a simple example is given. |
