| 摘 要： | 在传统的数据库安全性技术的基础上，根据供电企业综合统计系统实际情况，对报表的显示作了改进，并提出了一种针对报表及菜单功能的用户管理和权限维护方案，该方案在某市供电公司综合统计管理信息系统中得以成功应用。

| Abstract: | Supported by window operation surface, a novel user management and authority maintenance scheme for reporting forms and function menu is presented in the paper on the basis of the traditional database security technique. A successful application of the proposed scheme for the integrated statistical management system of some power supply company is described also. |
