摘    要:智能化自适应前照灯系统(AFS)是汽车安全性和舒适性的重要指标之一。目前汽车AFS 主要是利用单 LIN 总线通讯实现主 ECU 与从 ECU 的数据传输。该系统基本实现了前照灯的智能控制,但存在发送帧冗余、多从 ECU 之间数据干扰、实时响应慢等问题。在分析现有 AFS 系统的基础上,提出利用双 LIN 总线实现主从 ECU 通信的设计方案。实验证明,双 LIN 总线结构能够有效减少信号之间的干扰,通信过程稳定性高,实时调光效果好。

Abstract:The advanced front -lighting system (AFS)is important for safety and comfort of the automobile.Currently automotive AFS mainly uses single LIN to conduct data communication between the master ECU and slave ECU.The system basically realizes intelligent control for the headlamp,but there are some problems such as the redundant transmission frames,the interference of data between several slave ECUs and slow real -time response.The new system uses dual LIN bus to realize the communication between the master ECU and slave ECU by the analysis of the existing AFS system.The experimental results show that the dual LIN bus system can reduce the interference of data between several slave ECUs effectively,the communication process of the system is stabile and the real -time dimming response is effective.
