| 摘 要： | 工作流技术既体现了企业管理计算机化的趋势，又突出了经营过程的重要性，已经成为当前企业管理的一个理想模式。从理论上阐述了工作流和工作流管理系统的概念，研究了一种以企业业务流程为中心的工作流模型，结合J2EE技术，提出了系统的实现框架。

| Abstract: | The workflow technology not only embodies the trend of computer management but also emphasizes the importance of enterprise business processes.We state the theory on workflow and workflow management system;we research a workflow mode realizing the computer management of enterprise business processes.We propose a web-based workflow management and give a main frame of realizes this management combining with J2EE technology. |
