| 摘 要： | 讨论了工作流管理系统中Petri网建模技术的基本特点，并利用Petri网建立了企业生产管理中人力资源管理的模型。该模型可作为工作流管理系统中的一个子模型，一旦企业的业务过程发生了变化，用户可通过面向对象的Petri网对业务过程的流程进行修改，修改后的流程将自动地应用在工作流管理系统中。此模型满足了企业建立特定资源模型的需要，实现了业务流程重组的要求，具有适用性和灵活性，为人力资源的自动化办公提供了方便。

| Abstract: | Discusses the basic characters of Petri Net modeling in workflow management system (WFMS), founding a set of HR MIS with Petri Net. It is a part of WFMS. Once business process changed, the customer can modify the flow with Petri Net model oriented to the object.Then, it can apply in the WFMS automatically, satisfied with the need of BPR.It has applicability and adaptability,provides the convenience to the auto-office of HR management. |
