| 摘 要： | 网络教学资源平台是高校实施网络教学,共建共享优质教育教学资源的重要途径,是教育信息化水平的重要标志。本文以高等院校教学资源库应用为基础,运用Web 2.0技术和知识管理技术对网络教学资源平台进行设计与实现。
