摘    要:针对传统城市电力调度控制系统中服务的设计采用主备冗余模式的不足,提出了基于云计算的城市电网调度控制系统的总体架构。在云计算环境下,文中提出了分布式并行SCADA处理、分布式实时数据库、弹性事件队列、弹性应用框架等关键技术的解决方案,从而在系统内部建立与云计算相适应的支撑框架与处理模式,以消除原有的实时处理性能瓶颈,并据此提升系统的数据接入、存储、分析、集成以及扩展能力。

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the design of services in the traditional urban power dispatching control system, the overall architecture of the urban power grid dispatching control system based on cloud computing is proposed. In the cloud computing environment, the paper proposes solutions for key technologies such as distributed parallel SCADA processing, distributed real-time database, flexible event queue, and flexible application framework, so as to establish a supporting framework and processing mode suitable for cloud computing within the system. In order to eliminate the original real-time processing performance bottleneck, and improve the system's data access, storage, analysis, integration and expansion capabilities.
