| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了如何使用TSAPI协议进行通讯调度程序的开发，主要探讨了基于CTI的呼叫中心系统的设计思想，并在此基础上提出了消防调度系统通讯服务的一种实际解决方案。该方案能够较好地满足实际应用对通信调度的要求，对于相关领域的现代呼叫中心的建设具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we describe how to construct a CTI-based application program with the TSAPI protocol,discuss the design idea of a CTI-based call center system.A practical resolution scheme for the communication services of a fire control dispatching system is presented. This scheme meet the practical requirements of communication dispatching perfectly. The system can be used for reference in constructing a modern call center in other related fields. |
