| 摘 要： | 在对现有网络教材存在问题分析的基础上,通过对SCORM规范体系结构的研究提出了一个符合SCORM规范的网络教材编辑工具的实现方法,并利用Test Suite1.3版工具进行了标准测试,结果表明:利用本工具开发的教材包能够在RTE1.3环境中进行浏览及学习。
