表面修饰纳米ZnO对粘结固体润滑涂层摩擦学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了硬脂酸表面改性纳米ZnO微粒对粘结固体润滑涂层摩擦学性能的影响,重点考察了硬脂酸表面改性纳米ZnO填料的质量分数对涂层耐磨性的影响.结果表明:含1%硬脂酸表面改性纳米ZnO的涂层的耐磨性最佳,而硬脂酸表面改性纳米ZnO填料对涂层减摩性能的影响不大.

Abstract:The influence of nanometer zinc oxide surface-modified with stearic acid as a filler on the tribological behavior of boned solid film was investigated,with the emphases placed on the effect of the nanometer zinc oxide surface-modified with stearic acid filler mass fraction on the antiwear ability of the coating.It was found that the coating with 1% SA-modified nano-ZnO showed the best antiwear ability,but it recorded a friction coefficient which was almost the same as that of the coating without the SA-modified nano-ZnO filler.
