摘    要:X2 0CrMoV12 .1耐热合金钢是热电厂主蒸汽管线的主要用材之一。该管材经 16×10 4 h长期高温载荷运行后 ,性能明显退化 ,常温下呈完全脆性状态。试验结果表明 ,管材的脆化是可逆的 ,属于逆回火脆现象。运用透射电镜和俄歇电子能谱等方法对其显微组织结构进行了研究 ,发现晶界碳化物的球化以及有害元素磷在晶界的偏聚是材料性能退化和致脆的原因

Abstract:X20CrMoV12.1heat resistant alloy steel is one of the materials for the main steam pipes in power plants. After service at elevated temperatures for 160,000 hours, its properties degraded obviously and become brittle at room temperature. The presect study shows that embrittlement of the steel for long term elevated temperature ageing is attributed to reverse temper embrittlement (RTE) effect. The microstructural characterization for the degraded steel was done with TEM and AES, and the results show that the spheridization and coarsening of carbides, and the segregation of harmful element P at prior austenite boundaries result in the property degradation and embrittlement of the steel.
