摘    要:RoHs指令和ELV指令对化学镀镍技术提出了更高的要求.介绍了无铅无镉(LFCF)的环保型化学镀镍技术的镀液及其镀层性能的变化情况,指出LFCF技术不仅努力满足环保指令,而且积极适应环境、生态、资源保护发展需要.同时对离子选择渗透膜电渗析(EDEN)化学镀镍工艺的相关案例作了简要阐述.

Abstract:The development and current state in the industry of eleclroless nickel plating were reviewed. Thus the progress in the research of plating baths and properties of the electroless Ni - based coatings prepared using lead- and cadmium-free ( LFCF) environmentally acceptable electroless nickel plating technology was summarized, while relevant case studies were introduced to interpret the elec-troless nickel plating process in connection with the technology of ion - selection - permeation - membrane electrodialysis. It was pointed out that since more harsh requirements have been specified in the RoHs instruction and ELV instruction for the electroless Ni plating technology, it could be imperative to adopt and extend the LFCF technology for electroless Ni plating. This could have prominent engineering significance in meeting with the requirements specified in the relevant environmental instructions for electroless Ni plating industry, and in adapting to the requirements for the protection of environment, ecology, and resources as well.
