| 摘 要： | 夹具元件库、典型构件库和夹具实例库的柔性管理是夹具辅助设计和产品数据管理的一个重要方面。建立了PDM系统中CAFD各类库与CAD系统的集成框架，利用分层化、模板化自动建库的设计思想，研究了元件库、构件库、夹具实例库的柔性建库方法，基于SolidWorks给出了实现过程，并在开发的PDM系统中进行了应用，经验证上述方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | An important aspect of fitxture aided design and PDM is the management of fitxture elements, fitxture components and cases libraries. In this paper the integrated architecture of fixture libraries and CAD system is proposed. Based on the design thought of hierarchy and flexibility, the implementation methods and process based on Solidworks of fitxture libraries are studied, and has been used in PDM system. It is proved to be feasible. |
