| 摘 要： | 研究了电火花成型加工中因电极平动所造成的加工误差 ,提出了基于NC技术的电极平动补偿方法 ,开发出EDM电极平动补偿软件系统 ,并进行了对比实验验证。实验表明 ,该系统可以有效提高EDM的加工精度

| Abstract: | The shape and dimensional errors caused by electrode shaking in EDM were studied. A method of compensation for electrode shaking based on NC technology was proposed and a system of compensation for the EDM electrode shaking was developed. Comparison experiments were made to verify the system, which shows that the system can effectively improve the machining precision in EDM. |
